Well here is what took me over six months to paint! I have uploaded each style and girl individually but it was all one huge canvas. It features styles from the Edwardian era up to the 1980's. HHer Here is the video of all of them together~

  Hi Guys! I've been out of town for a while, but now I'm back with some anthro trading cards I found in this junky antique mall in the Midwest!   These are from the Topps Weird Wheels Series , which came out in 1980 .  Topps was and probably still is America's greatest maker of collectible trading cards .  Most people know 'em for their baseball and other sports-related subjects , but since their founding in New York in 1938 , they've covered all kinds of different things that kids like ! Back in the day , every red-blooded boy looked forward to driving his own car and long before he turned sixteen , he was dreaming of all the cool rides that might someday be his !  The Weird Wheels cards tap into that, but in a funny sort of way that preteen boys were sure to dig :  the cars were there, but they were gross and driven by ugly monsters and freaks !   Some of these cars and drivers are actually anthro , which brings me to today's post !  Take a look

I thought drawing comics would be easy. This was going to be about two young rabbits in love, and they are on a picnic. The girl's father is a retired colonel, and does not think much of Billy. I knew a guy that acted just like this stuck up self absorbed rabbit. All he could think about was his girl, when he wasn't on an ego trip. Suddenly, nature makes an appearance! Thunderstruck. Fortunately not everyone is as dumb as Billy. Billy's skin is so tight he cannot blink and he can barely move his fingers. Must be the wine. It seems that someone is more alert. The lovers are attacked by a werewolf.  This is where I gave up on this.  The silver fork was going to play a role here, but Billy has been bitten.  Colonel Bunny will be in charge of tracking down the were, but his identity will be a shock for everyone.  Billy will have to run for it, he will change next full moon.  At this point I wrote myself into a corner.  As I said earlier- In 2012 I tried to draw a comic a

  Here we are at the 1980's and the end to my series on vintage/retro hairstyles and hats. It's the 1980's and big hair is to the max! Here we have a bunny ready for her aerobics class~ Next is the punk rock spiky look Here we have the"valley girl" look with scrunchies galore~ Another example of the "big hair" look~ And here is the art in progress~
