Animate Cartoon Character - Anthro Kangaroo Girl - General themes and ideas.

  Going over the design process form idea to concept art and the drafting and production of animations. Here I am briefly going through the grading structure I was examined on during my studies at Uni: Bottom to Top of the page. What better way to explore themes and concepts than with an impressionist art movement and sensibility. Speaking of which this style will defiantly be featured in the comic in a more tonal way, well it probably already is, but the reason behind this interest is the discovery of a more complex emotional or aesthetic influences and sensitivity in approach.  I have always liked this way of creating art and for me I really like extreme aspect of the unknown and mystery in art, that is what will capture fans and attention, instead of my basic drawings/sketches which is very common on DA.  A recent character reference/practice sheet I have devised because I felt I needed to draw this character on his own. Link to my art page, Razorbill Cartoons Shelagh had visited the city before but didn't quite have the experience of viewing it standing among the skyline itself, high above the noisy streets and daily chaos of downtown. In this district the training grounds were situated on the roof and accessible from the new flat, perfect for a new routine in training. Despite the excitement and that came with being in this new environment, there was a nervous feeling in her gut about the challenges and risks that now awaited engagement. This was a dangerous playground to be in, death could lurk around any corner, but for now she would revise the basics and learn the routes that could be relied upon.
