Runner - Comic Concept
Shelagh the Kangaroo - Training and sporting
Shelagh is competing with runners for a small local group, this event should offer her the opportunity to excel in her passion for sport education and travel to the city in further training.
As her story progresses, Shelagh meets a few friends and foes, all trying to help or hinder her progress to the sporting capital, as she races and becomes stronger to excel there are many emotional and physical boundaries she must climb.
Shelagh travels to the open expanses of the desert to a training ground with encampments and facility's, built to refine her experience into either combative or free running capabilities, she must make a decision on the path to take.
Shelagh's entire sporting career is trust funded by a distant dragon contact that she has made called Kiki Shanji, without his aid, she wouldn't be able to afford the basics in this increasingly competitive district.

P.S.
This is experimentation for some new brushes I have downloaded on my drawing software, CSP. But then I had the thought of including more backstory into her character for the comic on my DA. Here are the ideas based on some brainstorming I did, also inspired by the game I recently bought called Mirror's Edge.
